ProClass for a Lifelong Learning organization
We needed a system that would handle online registration for a set of courses each semester, with online payment by credit card. Overall it does that quite well. Ease of use is important for our clientele of senior students; it’s good but not quite as user-friendly as it could be. Besides the reports that are available to us, it’s very helpful to be able to access and download course and student information for further analysis. The feedback from Support about potential registration problems also helps us resolve these problems.

Before we implemented ProClass our registration system was scattered and required a lot of effort to maintain and keep organized. Since using ProClass our registration process has become smoother, easier, and much more enjoyable for our staff and students.
