IS IT SECURE?
ProClass is fully PCI DSS Compliant, and our network security is audited every quarter by a third party to provide the highest level of security available.
IS TRAINING INCLUDED?
Training is provided and is also unlimited. Hire a new staff member? We are here to train them. Want a refresher or help with new features? We are here for you at any time.
WHAT ABOUT SUPPORT
Support is provided and includes unlimited phone, email, and chat support. You can request support in whichever method you find most convenient. At ProClass, we are here for you.
HOW MUCH IS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING?
With our ProClassPay solution, the processing is just 3.49% + 0.30 per transaction with no monthly fees or gateway charges. Alternative gateway support is available if you wish to use another payment provider.
CAN I BRING OVER MY CURRENT CUSTOMERS?
We understand the importance of history and we can bring over your current and historical customers, classes, registrations, and donations. There is no additional charge to import your existing data using our simple data import process.
