APLAF, Inc. (“APLAF,” “ProClass,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates ProClass, including our website (www.ProClassSoftware.com), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and your rights.
By using ProClass, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

5. Providers and Customers
Providers (Businesses)
If you use ProClass to offer classes, you are considered a “Provider.”
Providers are responsible for:
• Their own data collection practices
• Compliance with privacy laws
• Obtaining required consents
In most cases:
Provider = Data Controller
ProClass = Data Processor / Service Provider
We process data only according to our agreements.
Customers (Parents / Guardians)
If you register for a class, we collect information necessary to:
• Process registrations
• Process payments
• Send confirmations
• Provide support
Information may be shared with the Provider offering the class.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use:

• Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
You may disable cookies, but some features may not function properly.
We currently do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

• Acts of Providers or third parties
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid to ProClass by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions may limit these exclusions. In those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
ProClass is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Error-free or uninterrupted service
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous availability
• Immunity from cyber threats
• That Providers comply with privacy laws
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APLAF, Inc. from claims arising from:
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of law
• Your breach of this Policy
• Provider non-compliance with privacy laws
15. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
ProClass is intended for adults and businesses.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent.
If discovered, such data will be deleted.

You consent to such transfer.
20. Governing Law & Exclusive Arizona Forum
This Privacy Policy and any dispute relating to:
• Data handling
• Privacy rights
• Use of ProClass
shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Arizona.
All disputes must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Arizona.

• Consent to Arizona jurisdiction
• Waive objections to venue
• Waive forum non conveniens claims

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time.
Updates become effective upon posting.
Continued use of ProClass constitutes acceptance of changes.
